Due to the overwhelming number of orders during Black Friday & Cyber Monday, our team is working diligently to process them as quickly as possible. We deeply appreciate the immense interest and love.
All our staff members are working from 9 AM to 11 PM every day. Despite our efforts, there may be delays in delivery, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
While normal shipping takes up to 2 business days from the order date, current orders are expected to be delayed by approximately 5 to 7 days.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are making efforts to resolve this promptly.
And, we have identified an issue regarding the simultaneous application of the Black Friday & Cyber Monday discount and Point Redeem, contrary to the previous announcement.
We are currently looking into this matter, but at the moment, it seems challenging to allow the overlap of discounts.
Therefore, starting from noon on November 27, 2023, for orders placed, discounts and coupons will not be applied together.
For inquiries made before this notice, we will sequentially apply coupons or discounts as appropriate.
