We’re finally back from our Lunar New Year holiday (January 31st, KST)! However, since the holiday is immediately followed by the weekend, our regular shipping operations will fully resume on Monday.

Additionally, due to the overwhelming number of orders placed during our Lunar New Year Sale (January 24th–31st, KST), shipping delays of approximately 4–5 business days may occur. While we are dispatching hundreds of orders daily, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped, and you can also check the status on our website. However, please note that tracking numbers may take one to two days to become traceable, as shipments are processed in batches before being sent to the post office or FedEx.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and are working tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Our team is currently working extended hours (9 AM – 11 PM KST) to minimize any inconvenience.
