Shipping Delay and Holiday Notice [24. 09. 30]

Hello, HallyuSuperstore Customers,

We have successfully completed our office move and resumed operations as of today.

However, as we are still in the process of organizing our inventory, please note that orders placed after September 27th (Last Friday) may experience a shipping delay of 2-3 days.

Additionally, our office will be closed on October 1 (Tuesday) and October 3 (Thursday) due to national holidays in Korea. During these holidays, you may still place orders, but order processing and shipping will be delayed.

Please be aware that customer support services, including our help desk, Instagram DMs, and email, will also be unavailable on October 1 and 3.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience during this holiday period. We are doing our best to minimize any inconvenience, and all orders and inquiries will be promptly handled after the holidays.
