During the Chuseok sale period (September 28th ~ October 3rd), we experienced an overwhelming surge in orders.

Due to this surge in orders, we want to inform you that the delivery preparation period may experience a slight delay compared to our usual processing time. (4 ~ 6 more business days to fulfill.)

Rest assured that once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email, and you can monitor the progress of your order status.

Please note that some items will be dispatched through the Postal Service or FedEx once a certain quantity is ready. Consequently, there might be a delay in the tracking number becoming operational, lasting 1-2 days.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay in delivery. Our dedicated team is working diligently from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. to ensure your orders are processed promptly.

For orders placed after October 4th, we anticipate shipping all orders within 4-6 business days from the payment processing date.
