Shipping Delay Notice: Office Relocation and Holiday Schedule [24.09.27]

We owe our growth entirely to the unwavering support and encouragement from all of you.
We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude.
Starting tomorrow, we will begin relocating our office.
Over the weekend (September 28–29), our entire team will be focused on the move, and we aim to resume shipping by Monday, September 30.
However, during the transition to our new office, there may be slight delays in shipping.
We kindly ask for your understanding as processing times may be delayed by 1–2 days.
Once we've settled into the new office, we plan to gradually expand our product offerings, including albums, lightsticks, DVDs, magazines, photobooks, and more!
Additionally, please note that our office will be closed on October 1 and 3 due to national holidays in Korea. We will be operating as usual on October 2, focusing on shipping orders as quickly as possible.
