Dear Valued Customers in the United States,
Due to recent changes in U.S. shipping and customs policies (implemented during the Trump administration), we are making adjustments to our shipping options. Please review the following updates:
- Korea Post & USPS K-Packet
- K-Packet (Korea Post & USPS linked service) is no longer available for shipments to the United States.
- Customers outside the U.S. can still use this service without any changes.
- FedEx Shipping Service
- For U.S. customers: All FedEx shipping services, including Connect Plus, Economy, and Priority, are temporarily suspended due to customs-related issues.
- For non-U.S. customers: FedEx Connect Plus and other FedEx services remain available without restrictions.
⚠️ Please note : These restrictions may be temporary. We are in close communication with shipping carriers and actively coordinating to restore FedEx options for U.S. customers as soon as possible.
Recommended Option for U.S. Customers
At this time, DHL Express is the only available shipping option for orders to the United States.
We strongly recommend DHL Express, as it currently provides the most reliable and cost-effective service under the new regulations.
Our Next Steps
We are actively working to reduce shipping costs and customs burdens for our U.S. customers:
- Exploring alternative shipping partners.
Re-establishing a U.S. fulfillment center to handle bulk shipments, which will significantly reduce individual shipping costs (a system we previously operated during our eBay days).
This setup will take some time, but we are committed to restoring more affordable options as quickly as possible.
