New Login System Update Guide [May 15th, 2025]

We've updated our login system to make it more intuitive, secure, and user-friendly.
- If you're a returning customer, you can now log in using your registered email address.
- If you previously used social login (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.), you can also log in with the same email address linked to that account.
If you experience any issues with the new login method, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support.
We’re available during business hours, and if you reach out outside of those hours, we’ll respond within 12 hours.
Can’t find your ID and don’t have time to wait?
- You can create a new account and continue shopping. Just let us know the email addresses of both your previous and new accounts, and we’ll transfer your existing points to the new one.
Can't I use a payment system other than ShopPay?
