Dear US Customers,
We have reactivated FedEx service for U.S. orders. However, starting August 28, all U.S. customers using FedEx must provide a valid FedEx customer number at checkout.
We will share a step-by-step guide soon on how to create this number, but the process is straightforward when registering with FedEx.
This requirement applies only to U.S. customers. Customers in other countries are not affected.
Please note that DHL service does not require a customer number. We continue to recommend DHL, as it is generally faster and more reliable, though slightly more expensive.
At this time, K-Packet service remains unavailable for U.S. customers and may take longer than expected to return. We will keep you informed of any updates or changes to available shipping options.
