(From 2026, cinemas tend not to offer exchanges unless the damage is severe. However, if found at the venue, exchanges are made to the best extent possible during receipt.)

* The seller is not responsible for any courier damage.
(Before shipping, photos of the product's corner condition will be sent, and courier shipping will proceed with the buyer's consent that the item is in good condition.)

* A3 posters are shipped in two ways depending on the product price: either with thick paper + bubble wrap + box, or bubble wrap + box. The shipping method is indicated at the top of the detailed page.

※ Considering that even box dents during delivery can affect the poster when the contents and box fit too tightly, a box larger than the poster is used. (Refer to example photos.)

* All A3 posters will be shipped via Korea Post.
