He was proficient in all five major scripts: Haeseo (regular script), Haengseo (semi-cursive), and Choseo (cursive). He deeply studied the techniques of Ming Dynasty scholar Dong Qichang, completing his unique 'Seolju style,' characterized by its grandeur and mystique.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHe maintained a life as a recluse, embodying the spirit of a righteous scholar, and continued his artistic activities. Famously, he did not put down his brush until the moment of his death, leaving behind the characters '一心' (One Heart) as his last work.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe content of these scrolls begins with the second verse of 'Mui Jeongsa Japyeong' by Zhu Xi, a renowned scholar of the Song Dynasty.
