Notice of Office Closure Due to New Year [2025.12.31]

Before anything else, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported and used our services.

Thanks to you, we were able to launch our BunJang system and open our Hongdae offline store in 2025. We are also excited to share that the Hallyu4U service is scheduled to launch on January 5, 2026 (Mon).
None of this would have been possible without your continued support.

As we welcome the New Year, please note that our office will be closed on January 1 (Thu).
Any orders placed or customer support inquiries submitted after 10:00 AM on December 31 (Wed), will be processed sequentially starting 10:00 AM on January 2 (Fri).

Purchases can still be made during the closure period, but order confirmation and shipping will be handled after January 2 (Fri).
Please also note that Support Desk, Instagram DMs, and email inquiries will be temporarily unavailable during this time.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will resume normal operations after the holiday, and we will do our best to ensure all orders and inquiries are handled as quickly as possible.
