I ordered several photocards. On September 16 I received a notification with the tracking number. I went to Fedex to check and it said that the shipping information has been received. However, it’s been like that for 2 weeks. The shipping label was created but the pacakge hasn’t been shipped and I don’t know if they’ll ever ship my package.
