How to Check and Pay Extra Charges

Extra Charges Notification

HallyuSuperstore will notify you if any extra charges apply to your order.
There are two common cases:

1. Additional Shipping Fees for Oversized or Overweight Items

We apply a standard shipping fee based on the assumption that your item is under 1kg (2.2 lbs) or the total dimensions (Width + Height + Length) are under 70cm (27 inches).

However, FedEx and DHL charge based on whichever is greater:

Actual weight over 1kg (2.2 lbs), or
Volumetric weight, calculated as (Width × Height × Length) ÷ 5000

This is approximately equivalent to the total dimensions exceeding 70cm.
If your package exceeds these limits after packing, we will need to charge additional shipping fees.

2. Additional Charges for Products

Some Bunjang sellers display bulk listings with a low price, but sell each item individually after price negotiation. If you select a specific item from such a listing, additional charges may apply based on the seller’s pricing.

You can choose either of the following methods for your convenience:

1. Email Notifications:

We’ll send you an email if there are any extra charges. Please check both your inbox and spam folder to ensure you don’t miss any updates.

2. Account Dashboard:

You can also check and pay extra charges by logging in at https://account.hallyusuperstore.com Your dashboard provides access to your order history, shipping status, and any outstanding payments. Please look for orders marked as “Due,” then click to review and complete payment.
