Notice of Office Closure for The Korean Holiday (Memorial Day) [June 6th, KST]

We are reaching out to inform you about the upcoming holiday closure due to Memorial Day on June 6th (Friday), [KST]
Please be advised that any orders placed after 10:00 AM (KST) on June 5th will be processed on June 9th (KST). Additionally, customer service inquiries received after 6:00 PM on June 5th will be attended to in sequential order starting June 9th.
While we will continue to accept orders during this period, we anticipate potential delays in processing and delivery. Please note, our Support Desk, Instagram DMs, and email services will resume on June 9th.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this holiday schedule. We are committed to minimizing any inconvenience and will ensure that all orders and inquiries are addressed promptly following Memorial Day.
We are currently working with the Bunjang team to integrate our product listings with their platform.
However, as the system integration has not yet been completed, any orders placed for these items may be automatically canceled. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend refraining from purchasing these specific items for the time being.
We expect the integration process to take approximately 1–2 more weeks, and we will share an official update as soon as it is completed.
Please also note that products with non-English titles are mostly test items. We hope this helps you identify which listings may be affected.
