This is a Heuer Executive Chronograph**. This is a vintage model released in the 1980s, before TAG Heuer merged with Heuer.

It features a built-in cyclops and a chronograph that operates in 0.5-second increments. The dial and hands are in perfect condition, with no rust or fading. It's approximately 40mm in length. There are no extra pins, so it appears to be able to fit up to a 17cm wrist. You can find extra pins for cheap on eBay and other places.
