This is a complete edition of the ancient book "Yonghakbo." The name of the calligrapher, Deok-eun Song Byeong-seon, is written on it. Song Byeong-seon (1836-1906) was a Joseon scholar and a descendant of Song Si-yeol. The book was written on February 1, 1896. The final chapter includes a postscript by Park Je-eung, the son of Park Gyu-su, who served as Uuijeong during the reign of Gojong. Park Je-eung was also the magistrate of Cheongsan-myeon, Okcheon, Chungcheongbuk-do. In the postscript, Park Je-eung wrote that he wrote this prayer, delighted that this book is a valuable material for the later generations to inherit the orthodox of Confucianism. It is a complete copy without missing pages, with traces of 130 years of history. It is a valuable antique for those who are interested in the study of classical Chinese literature or for places related to Song Byeong-seon in the Daejeon area.
