This is a Uniqlo Ultra Light Down jacket for women.
The color isn't quite as good on camera, but it's a mix of teal and gray. Photos 1 and 2 show the color indoors in the dark, and photo 3 shows it outdoors. Please refer to the photos.

It's lightweight, warm, and functional.

There's some fraying on the arms, see the last photo.
There's no problem wearing it.
