This parka is based on Layer 5 of the CTAPS, a simplified 5-layer system compared to the ECWCS. WAIPER.inc has uniquely arranged this model, reconstructing a modern heavy outer for everyday wear. It combines the features of LEVEL7 and Monster Parka, providing excellent wind resistance, insulation, and a modern aesthetic. The design includes a long length to cover the waist.

The outer fabric is PERTEX UNLIMITED from the UK's PERTEX, known for its lightweight, durable, and windproof qualities. The insulation is PRIMALOFT, a high-performance material that is resistant to moisture and offers warmth comparable to natural down, ensuring reliability in cold regions. Features include stretch material ventilation on the sides, an inverted pleat on the back for enhanced movement, and a large hood that can be worn over a helmet with a built-in wire for shape adjustment. Practicality is enhanced with pass-through pockets.

ECWCS가 7단계 레이어 구조인 반면, CTAPS는 5단계로 간소화되어 재설계되었습니다.

본 제품은 그중에서도 극한 추위 환경에서 최외층으로 착용되는 레이어 5를 모티브로, WAIPER.inc가 독자적인 어레인지를 가미해 완성한 한 벌입니다. 기존 ECWCS와는 다른 접근법으로 구축된 최신 헤비 아우터를 일상에서 입기 편한 밸런스로 재구성한 모델입니다.

디테일은 실물을 철저히 계승하면서도 기능성과 유일무이한 임팩트 있는 디자인을 양립시켰습니다. LEVEL7과 몬스터 파카를 결합한 듯한 실루엣은 길게 설정된 기장으로 허리까지 확실히 덮어주며, 방풍성·방한성과 도시적인 분위기를 동시에 구현했습니다.
