We use the following grading system to describe the condition of our 2nd hand products:

(NEW / SEALED)

Brand new and factory sealed.

(NEW / SEALED / DEFECT)

Brand new and sealed, but has minor defects (e.g., small dent or scratch on packaging).

(VERY MINT)

Almost like new — barely used or displayed.

(MINT)

Excellent condition — slightly used, but very well maintained.

(GOOD)

Noticeably used, but no major damage.

(FAIR)

Clearly used — may show signs of age or handling, but no functional damage.

(UNCATEGORIZED)

Below FAIR grade — may have noticeable defects or heavy wear.
We do not recommend this grade if you are sensitive about product condition.
