**Customization:**
* Color changes are possible.
* **Sizing:** These accessories are crafted based on the dimensions of the creator's 10cm doll. If your doll has different measurements, please contact us for size adjustments.
* **Apple Ear Muffs Example:** Apple size approx. 3cm, Head circumference 11cm, String length 10-11cm.
* **Important Note on Sizing:** The length of the head circumference is crucial for the proper fit of the ear muffs. If it's too short, the shape may droop; if it's too long, they may hang too low. Please reach out for size adjustments if needed.

**Craftsmanship:**
* The ear muffs are single-layered, and some thread work from the embroidery may be visible on the back. Efforts have been made to ensure a neat finish.

**Order & Shipping:**
* Production begins after payment confirmation. Therefore, cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind are not possible.
* Exchanges or refunds are not provided for minor differences in embroidery placement, variations in monitor colors, or slight imperfections due to the handmade nature of the product.
* Small knots or minor glue marks may be present from the finishing process; these are not considered defects.
* **Production Time:** Approximately 3-7 days after payment confirmation.
* As these are handmade, slight variations in embroidery placement and overall appearance may occur even with the same design.
