We will be using a purchasing proxy service with extensive group order experience.

* **Deposits:** To prevent cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required for reservations.
* **Random Items:** Please note that items are random, and your desired character may not be obtained.
* **Priority Selection:** When joining the group order, please provide your priority list (more than you intend to purchase).
* **Distribution:** After the main organizer selects their items, we will do our best to fulfill everyone's 1st and 2nd priorities based on purchase quantity. Remaining items will be distributed sequentially based on priorities.
* **Minimum Purchase:** A minimum of 3 purchases is required.
* **Cancellations:** Refunds are difficult once you join the group order. Please find a replacement if you need to cancel.
* **Communication:** Prompt communication is essential.

**Payment Structure:**
* **1st Payment:** (Number of items) x ¥7,500
* **2nd Payment:** Domestic Shipping (split 1/n) + International Shipping (split per item/n)
* **3rd Payment:** Domestic Shipping

**Group Order Status:**
* The group order will close once approximately 60 spots are filled (currently 28/60 filled).

The group order will remain open until May 28th. All purchase proofs can be provided upon request.
