I believe this is from the initial release, although I'm not entirely certain as I've had it for a long time.
The box was opened from the bottom upon purchase, and the figure has been stored in the box ever since. The figure itself appears to be in mint condition, but the box has some creasing on the top, as shown in the photos. There may be other minor imperfections that I haven't noticed.
