BEAMS PLUS was launched in 1999 to commemorate BEAMS' 20th anniversary. It is a high-end Amekaji line that reinterprets and reproduces the styles of the 'Golden Age of American Casual (1940s-1960s)' in a modern way.

"Authentic American Casual Wear." It aims for genuine American casual wear that is not swayed by trends.

It is based on the four core styles of the post-World War II American golden age: preppy, military, workwear, and sportswear. Rather than simply copying old clothes, it preserves the rugged charm of vintage while technically upgrading the materials and fit for modern wear. It is the most conservative and classic line within BEAMS.

Its greatest strength is its 'permanence,' making it a piece that can be worn 10 years later without feeling out of place.
