* **Shipping:**
* We use CU or GS convenience store's "Banpak" (split) delivery service or Korea Post EMS.
* Banpak delivery fee: ₩2,000 - ₩2,500
* Korea Post EMS fee: ₩4,000 (subject to change based on package size and weight).
* **Post-Sale Policy:** After the item has been sold and shipped, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or address change requests. This includes issues such as damage during transit, loss of package, non-pickup from convenience store, or requests for re-shipment.

**Important:** Under no circumstances will cancellations, exchanges, or refunds be granted.
