This product is eligible for official Korean warranty and after-sales service. Upon app registration and activating Care Refresh, you can access global warranty and service.

Due to the nature of sealed products, refunds are not possible after opening.

This is not a refurbished unit, and Care Refresh can be purchased and registered normally.
