**Process:**
1. Gelatin was applied to Hanji (Korean traditional paper) to shape it.
2. The paper was then painted with watercolors.
**Artist's Statement:**
This piece visually condenses the 'traces' of nature and the 'accumulation' of time. The branches spread across a circular canvas symbolize not just simple branches, but the interconnected and expanding processes of life and memory. The lines, which may appear as cracks or veins, represent a dual state of being alive while simultaneously holding onto past time.

저는 홍대 회화과를 졸업하였으며 동양화 수업을 들을때 제작한 작품입니다. 한지에 풀을 먹여서 모양을 잡은 후 그 위에 물감으로 채색했습니다. 제작 과정을 올려드려요.
자연의 ‘흔적’과 ‘시간의 축적’을 시각적으로 응축한 작업입니다. 둥근 화면 위에 펼쳐진 가지의 형태는 단순한 나뭇가지가 아니라, 생명과 기억이 서로 얽히며 확장되는 과정을 상징하는 요소입니다. 균열처럼 보이기도 하고 혈관처럼 느껴지기도 하는 이 선들은 살아 있음과 동시에 이미 지나간 시간을 품고 있는 이중적인 상태를 나타냅니다. 지름 24cm입니다.
