동물의 몸은 꾸밈없는 본능과 감정을 상징하고, 인간의 얼굴은 사회 속에서 만들어진 또 하나의 자아를 의미한다. 서로 다른 존재가 한 몸 안에 얽혀 있는 모습은 누구나 마음속에 여러 개의 '나'를 품고 살아간다는 사실을 보여준다.
