This is a small, exquisite antique in the 'Iraho' style, meticulously inherited from a tradition that began in the early 17th century (around 1611) by order of prominent Japanese tea ceremony masters, enjoying immense historical popularity.

The bowl features a naturally twisted, asymmetrical oval silhouette, where a subtle milky white glaze harmoniously blends with a rustic, iron-spotted pattern. It embodies the essence of 'Wabi-Sabi,' the distinct aesthetic of ruggedness and unadorned simplicity advocated by Sen no Rikyū.

자연스럽게 비틀어진 비대칭 타원형 실루엣에 은은한 유백색 유약과 거친 철분 점박이 패턴이 절묘하게 조화를 이루며, 센노리큐가 제창한 특유의 투박하고 꾸밈없는 미학인 '와비사비'의 진수를 보여줍니다.
