King Gnu's third full-length album, CEREMONY. Released on January 15, 2020, this album marked the band's first release after the major success of their hit song 'Hakujitsu' (白日).

CEREMONY features a total of 12 tracks, including eight new songs and four previously released distribution-limited singles: 'Hakujitsu,' 'Hikoutei,' 'Kasa,' and 'Teenager Forever.' The album showcases King Gnu's established and innovative mixture sound, freely traversing genres from rock and soul to hip-hop, classical, and contemporary music. It is widely regarded as a representative work of 2020.

All songs were written, composed, and produced by the band's leader, Daiki Tsuneta, with arrangement and orchestration handled by King Gnu.

The album was released in two formats on January 15, 2020: a regular edition (CD only) and a limited edition that included a Blu-ray.

CEREMONY는 일본 믹스처 록밴드 킹누의 3집 정규앨범.
​'白日' 의 대히트로 킹누가 브레이크를 밟은 후 첫 앨범으로 '백일', '비행정', '우산', 'Teenager Forever' 등 4곡의 배급 한정 싱글과 인스트곡 3곡을 포함한 신곡 8곡 총 12곡이 수록됐다.
이 작품은 록부터 소울, 힙합, 클래식과 현대음악까지 장르를 자유자재로 횡단하는 참신한 믹스처 사운드를 확립하고 있으며 다방면에서 2020년을 대표하는 한 장으로 평가받고 있다.
리더인 토키타 타이키에 의해서 전곡 작사 작곡·프로듀스 되어, King Gnu에서 그 편곡·어레인지를 실시했다.
릴리스 형태는 2020년 1월 15일 CD만의 통상반과 블루레이가 부속된 초회생산 한정반 두 형태로 발매됐다. 첫회생산 한정반 특전 Blu-ray에는 2019년 4월에 열린 'King Gnu One-Man Live Tour 2019 "Sympa" 의 도쿄 신키바 STUDIO COAST 공연 라이브 영상이 수록되어 있다.
앨범은 발매 첫 주에 23.8만 장을 팔아 오리콘 주간 앨범 차트에서 첫 등장 1위를 차지했다.
Billboard Japan Hot Albums에서는 2주 연속 1위를 기록하고 연간 차트에서는 2위를 획득.
