This is a Lepins 15017 Starbucks Barnes & Noble compatible building block set, fully assembled.

Due to common part omissions in Lepins products, the corner piece shown in the first photo and other parts were missing. To ensure completion, these missing parts have been entirely replaced with genuine LEGO bricks, and the set has been assembled using 100% LEGO parts. The wall section indicated by the red box in the last photo is constructed with genuine LEGO parts.

Internal components, such as parts of the stairs and escalator, were also missing and have been replaced with LEGO parts. Please refer to the photos for details.

Some exterior parts, including streetlights and trees, were also missing. As these could not be sourced, the set is completed and will be shipped as shown in the photos. Please note that the box and instructions are not included.

This item was displayed externally and may have some dust. The minifigures have been replaced with genuine LEGO minifigures.

Local pickup is available, or the assembled set will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped. For shipping, each floor will be individually bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
