This listing includes the NewJeans 'Hope' Early Bird Poster and two types of Artgraphy Posters, sold as a set.

All items will be shipped securely using bubble wrap and a protective box to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

**Important Notes Before Purchase:**
* Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted due to minor defects inherent in the manufacturing process, such as slight scratches, spots, coating/print lifting, warping, or creases in the plastic wrap. The trend in cinemas is to not offer exchanges for anything less than severe damage. However, we do our best to exchange items on-site if defects are found.
* The seller is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Photos of the poster's corners will be provided before shipping to confirm the item's condition, and shipment will be processed with the buyer's consent. This documentation is kept until the transaction is confirmed, so please refrain from intentional damage.

**Shipping Information:**
* A3 posters are shipped in one of two ways, depending on the item's price: either with a thick board, bubble wrap, and a box, or just bubble wrap and a box. The specific shipping method for this item is indicated at the top of the detailed page.
* To prevent damage to the poster during transit, even from minor box impacts, we use boxes that are larger than the poster itself. Please refer to the example photos.
* All A3 posters will be shipped exclusively via Korea Post (우체국택배).
