### Important Notice Regarding Photocard Exchanges:

Please read carefully before initiating an exchange.

Recent issues during exchanges have prompted this notice.

* **Sealed Products:** We cannot guarantee the inspection of all minor flaws on sealed products. Please understand that minor manufacturing defects (e.g., very slight discoloration, resin imperfections) may be present and are difficult to detect.
* **Owner's Exchange Policy:** Generally, exchanges are considered for duplicates where major flaws or specific characters are involved. Some listings may be on behalf of acquaintances.
* **Detailed Inspection of Unsealed Products:** While we note visible flaws on opened products, minor scratches or signs of wear may not be explicitly mentioned. If you require a flawless item, please refrain from trading.
* **Preference for Sealed Item Exchanges:** When exchanging duplicate sealed items, we will send the cleaner, better-packaged item from our collection based on visual inspection.

If you desire a truly perfect item, please avoid exchange transactions. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please request detailed photos (e.g., 'Please photograph the legs,' 'Please photograph the face').

While there haven't been major issues previously, a recent incident has caused concern. Please note that this incident involved a product characteristic, not a defective item, which was confirmed by the other party. We typically exchange opened items with disclosed flaws for sealed items.

We hope to facilitate positive exchanges where both parties acquire the items they desire. Please be aware that some items may exhibit characteristics that appear as flaws. We kindly ask you to review these points and proceed with your inquiry via direct message or after comparing with the characteristics of other items on [Platform Name].

• 최근 교환 중 이슈가 있어 게시글 남깁니다.
• 미개봉 제품 교환 시 하자 모두 확인 어렵습니다.
→ 어떤 제품이든 공정상 하자 있음 감안하고 신청해주세요.(특히 매우 미세한 이염, 레진 하자 등은 확인 어렵습니다.)
• 주인장은 대부분 중복나오면 큰 하자 및 캐릭터 확인하고 교환합니다.(지인부탁으로 올리는 경우도 있습니다.)
• 미개봉품의 경우 파츠 부족, 떨어짐, 눈에 보이는 매우 큰 이염 등을 제외한 눈에 잘 보이지 않는 하자는 시간들이고 공들여 세세히 확인하진 않습니다.
→ 큰하자도 확인 가능하면 하지만 캡슐 들어있는 경우엔 어렵습니다.
• 특히 중복 미개봉품 교환 시 육안상 확인하여 제가 가진 물건 중 더 깨끗하고 포장잘된 아이로 보냅니다.

• 개봉제품 중 육안 확인 가능한 하자 있음 명시하나 작은 스크레치 등 생활하자까진 어렵습니다. → 완벽 제품 원하면 피해주세요❌

• 정말 완벽한 제품 원하시면 교환거래 피해주시고, 교환자분이 필요하다면 상세사진 요청주세요.(다리부분 찍어주세요, 얼굴찍어주세요 등)
→ 제가 보지 못한 세세한 하자 있을 수 있고 저는 하자에 매우 민감한 사람 아닙니다.

→ 이는 실제 하자제품으로 교환한 것이 아닌 제품 특성이었음을 교환자분께서도 확인하셨습니다. 저는 개봉품의 경우 하자 있음 명시, 대체적으로 미개봉품과 교환합니다.
