- Left pedal: Tension adjustment is non-functional; stuck at the highest tension setting. Screw threads are stripped from attempting to loosen.
- Pedals engage when the cleat is inserted at the 6 o'clock position and force is applied.
- Significant cosmetic wear and scratches due to prolonged use (refer to attached photos).
