This is the first best-of album from Superfly, featuring all remastered tracks. It includes a total of 26 songs recorded chronologically, encompassing all previously released singles (including limited and double A-side singles), the collaboration single 'STARS' with Matsumoto, and 'Wanderer' which was only included on the bonus CD of the limited edition of the video work 'Shout In The Rainbow!!'.

Three new songs were created with the theme of 'the present and future from Superfly's current perspective'. DISC 1 features 'Bi-Li Emotion' representing 'the present' and 'Always' representing 'the past', while DISC 2 includes 'Starting Over' representing 'the future'.

'Always', a song themed around 'the past', served as the ending theme for the TV Tokyo documentary program 'Crossroad'. The music video was directed by Koji Natume, with the concept of 'Shiho watches the present and past selves from within a world where past, present, and future intersect'.

'Bi-Li-Emotion', a song themed around 'the present', was the theme song for the second season of the TV Asahi drama 'Doctor-X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon'. Shiho expressed the desire to 'live by burning all my emotions because life is a one-time thing' and wanted to convey 'lightning-like, thrilling emotions'.

The first press limited edition includes a DVD with music videos for 24 single songs. Both the limited and standard editions come with a booklet featuring full song commentary by the artist.

The album artwork features Shiho adorned in a custom-made 'Superfly BEST Special Order Jacket' with linings depicting images from past singles and albums.

Superfly의 첫 베스트 앨범으로, 수록곡은 모두 이 앨범을 위해 리마스터링 되었다.
그때까지 발매된 전 싱글 (전달 한정 싱글·양A면 싱글 포함) 및 마츠모토와의 콜라보레이션 싱글 「STARS」와 영상 작품 ​「Shout In The Rainbow!!」의 초회생산 한정반 부속 CD에만 수록되어 있던 「떠돌이 여행자」의 합계 26곡을 연대순으로 수록.
또한 「지금의 Superfly에서 본【현재】【미래】를 테마로 신곡 3곡이 제작되었으며, DISC1에는 "현재" 를 나타낸 「Bi-Li Emotion」과 "과거" 를 나타낸 「Always」가, DISC2에는 "미래" 를 나타낸 "Starting Over"가 수록되어 있다.
【과거】를 테마로 한 악곡 「Always」는 TV 도쿄계 다큐멘터리 프로그램 「Crossroad」의 엔딩 테마. 뮤직 비디오는 나츠메 현 감독에 의해 「현재·과거·미래가 교차하는 세계 속에서, 미래의 시호가 현재의 시호, 과거의 시호를 지켜본다」라고 하는 컨셉으로 촬영되었다.
【현재】를 테마로 한 악곡 「Bi-Li-Emotion」은 TV 아사히 계열 목요드라마 「닥터 X~외과의사·다이몬 미치코~」제2시리즈 주제가. 시호는 "일회성 인생이니까, 자신의 모든 감정을 불태우고 살고 싶다" 며 "번개처럼 짜릿한 감정" 을 표현하고 싶었다.
초회생산 한정반에는 싱글곡 24곡의 뮤직·비디오를 수록한 DVD가 부속되어, 초회 한정반·통상반 모두 본인에 의한 전곡 해설을 게재한 소책자켓이 동봉되었다.
또 앨범의 아트 워크에는, 과거의 싱글이나 앨범 사진이 그려진 안감을 가지는 재킷을 주문 제작 "Superfly BEST특주 자켓" 을 두른 시호가 등장.
