A limited edition collaboration between Alden and The Bureau Belfast, a renowned Northern Irish boutique. These are not formal dress shoes but rather wingtip boots designed for workwear or Amekaji style. Crafted from oil-tanned Chromexcel leather, these shoes are meant to develop a patina over time, showcasing a matte texture and natural aging process.

Originally purchased online from The Bureau Belfast, the soles have been reinforced with Vibram ski soles at the Hyundai Department Store shoe care shop. The original heel remains, showing minimal wear as the shoes have been sparingly used, ensuring excellent condition. The subtle creasing visible in the photos translates to a more substantial and impressive look in person. Please note that these creases are a natural characteristic of the oil-tanned leather and its aging process, not a sign of heavy wear.

These shoes pair exceptionally well with chino or denim pants, offering a distinctive look that differs from standard formal longwing shoes. The brown Chromexcel variation is particularly rare within Alden's longwing collection.

이 제품은 정장용이 아니라 워크웨어나 아메카지용 윙팁입니다. 이 크롬엑셀 롱윙 모델은 광내는게 아니라 살아있게 만드는 오일 먹인 가죽 제품입니다. 가죽자체에 오일을 먹여놓은 매트한 질감에 자연스럽게 신으면서 에이징 시키는 멋진 구두입니다.
수년전 The Bureau Belfast 편집샵에서 온라인 직구해서 받자마자 무역센터 현대백화점 슈즈케어샵에서 비부람 스키창으로 바닥 보강해놓은 상태이고 뒷굽은 사진에 보이듯 오리지날 굽 그대로이고 몇번 신지 않아서 닳지 않은 상태라서 컨디션 아주 좋습니다. 사진상에서 보이는 주름의 느낌은 실물은 훨씬 더 멋진 무게감 있는 제품입니다.
낡고 많이 신어서 주름이 많이 생긴거 아니구요 원래 기름먹인 가죽 제품 특성상 자연스러운 에이징 현상이니 참고하세요.
저는 구두 보단 스니커즈를 많이 신다보니 아쉽지만 내놓습니다.
다시 한번 강조하지만 정장용 롱윙구두가 아닌 치노팬츠나 데님팬츠에 넘 잘 어울리는 제품이라는 거! 알든에서 일반 롱윙은 많지만 브라운 크롬액셀 롱윙은 구할 수 없을 겁니다.
