She subsequently became a representative prima donna of the Bolshoi Theatre, performing Russian opera heroines in renowned opera houses across Europe and the United States. She also received critical acclaim for her powerful and sharp vocal delivery in various mezzo-soprano roles, including those in Italian operas.
In 1975, she made her American debut as Marina at the Metropolitan Opera, receiving widespread acclaim across the US. During a tour in the Far East in the 70s, she performed Marina and Konchakovna in *Prince Igor*. Her recitals featuring lieder and arias showcased her dramatic vocal prowess.

데뷔 후 볼쇼이 극장의 이탈리아, 몬트리올, 파리 등의 공연에 참가하여 마리나를 불러 대성공을 거두었다. 이후 볼쇼이 극장을 대표하는 프리마 돈나로서 유럽과 미국 각지의 유명 오페라 극장에서 러시아 오페라의 히로인을 맡는 한편 이탈리아 오페라 등의 여러 메조 소프라노역에서 강인하고 예리한 소리를 들려주어 절찬을 받았다.
