This is an official 'Standard Postage Stamp Book (普通切手帳)' issued in a limited quantity of only 20,000 by the Japanese Post Office in 2015.

Released to commemorate the first comprehensive renewal of Japanese standard postage stamp designs in 17 years, this is a rare collector's item. It includes all 18 types of basic stamps ranging from 1 yen to 500 yen, as well as exclusive mini sheets (2 yen/3 yen sheets and a 1,000 yen Mt. Fuji/Eagle sheet, etc.) only available in this booklet, making it highly valuable for collectors.
