Due to the nature of figurine products, minor paint imperfections, factory damages (gong-dem), or finishing flaws that occur during the manufacturing process are not considered defects and will not be eligible for refunds.
Please refer to the attached photos of the actual product being shipped for the condition of the packaging (box, vinyl, capsule, etc.). Those sensitive to packaging conditions are advised to refrain from purchasing.
Returns are not possible except for clear product defects such as obvious breakage.
To verify product defects, an 'initial unboxing video' taken immediately after receiving the product is mandatory. (Only videos filmed in a single take without cuts, with the delivery invoice visible, will be accepted.)
