* Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted due to minor manufacturing defects such as micro-scratches, spots, coating lifting, warping, or plastic film creasing. The trend in cinemas is to not allow exchanges for anything less than severe damage. We strive to exchange items on-site if defects are found.
* The seller is not responsible for damage during shipping. Photos of the poster's condition and corners will be sent before shipping, and the shipment will be processed only with the buyer's agreement that the item is in good condition. **Shipping Details:**
* A3 posters are shipped in one of two ways depending on the product price: either with a board, bubble wrap, and box, or with bubble wrap and a box. The specific shipping method is indicated at the top of the detailed product page.
* To prevent damage to the poster during transit, even if the box is slightly bumped, a box larger than the poster is used. Please refer to the example photos.
* All A3 posters will be shipped via Korea Post ( 우체국택배).
