[BUNJANG] 1979 Korean 10 Won Coin Bundle (40 pcs) /

A collection of nostalgic 1979 Korean 10 Won coins. As the face value of these coins has become lower than their material value, the Bank of Korea is recalling the larger 10 Won coins for preservation and reuse. With the 'coinless society' initiative progressing in the 2020s, old 10 Won coins that enter banks are no longer circulated and are finding new uses in various industries. These old design coins are attractive enough to be collected by a dedicated population of collectors specializing in older coinage. Own a piece of history that can no longer be found at bank counters, at an affordable price.

**Condition:**
Among coins with typical signs of use, these are graded as Fine to Extremely Fine, with relatively less wear and scratches, and well-preserved relief. Coins with the intact Dabotap pagoda relief have been selected as much as possible. Coins with significant damage, discoloration, or holes have been excluded. A very small number of coins, slightly below Fine grade, which may have been missed during selection, or coins with excellent relief but significant flaws (rated B-grade near mint) or lightly cleaned extremely fine coins may also be included in small quantities.
