2003년 이후 단종된 배트윙 택 리바이스 517입니다. 현행과 구별점이 되는 택입니다. 사진 외 별다른 특이사항 없이 무난한 상태입니다.

빈티지 리바이스는 실측이 중요합니다. 밑위는 앞밑위 기준, 허벅지는 가랑이가 갈라지는 곳에서 가로로 쟀습니다. 517은 엉덩이, 허벅지가 좁으므로 하체가 있거나 딱 맞는 게 싫다면 크게 입어야 합니다. 그리고 빈티지 517은 요즘 청바지보다 밑위가 조금 깁니다. 골반보다 더 위로 올라옵니다. 내려 입는 게 아니라 본래대로 입을 거라면 밑위를 고려해서 바지 길이를 살짝 길게 잡는 게 좋습니다. 앞밑위는 허리부터 가랑이 앞판 봉제선까지입니다. (이어지는 뒷판 엉덩이까지 같이 잰 게 아닙니다.)
