📌 Must Read: Rules and Risks of Using the Bunjang Service

By using the Bunjang service on HallyuSuperstore, you agree to the following rules and understand the associated risks.
You may not place a Bunjang order unless you have read and accepted all of the following terms.

Rule 1 – No Cancellations After Purchase

Once your purchase is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order.
Because our system is directly integrated with Bunjang’s real-time listing, all purchases are processed immediately and cannot be reversed.

Rule 2 – Your Order May Be Cancelled by Us

This may seem to contradict Rule 1, but due to how Bunjang works, it’s necessary.

Bunjang is a peer-to-peer marketplace where listings are updated every hour. If the item you ordered has already been sold outside of HallyuSuperstore but has not yet been removed from the system, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Additionally, some sellers post multiple items (e.g. photocards) in one listing with a placeholder price and finalize sales through private messages. In such cases, we may not be able to fulfill the order, and it will also be canceled and refunded.

Rule 3 – Additional Shipping Fees May Apply

  • Domestic shipping (within Korea): Flat rate of $2.99, regardless of size or weight.

  • International shipping:

    • FedEx: $19.99

    • DHL: $24.99

These rates apply to small or standard-sized items such as photocards or a single album.
However, if your item exceeds 1kg (2.2 lbs) or requires special packaging due to its size or fragility, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

You will be notified by email and through your account page at account.hallyusuperstore.com.

Rule 4 – Authenticity Is Not Guaranteed

We act as an intermediary for Bunjang, where products are sold by individual users in Korea.
We do not guarantee the authenticity of any items, including signed goods or rare collectibles. By purchasing, you accept that there is a risk the item may not be genuine.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns based on authenticity concerns.

Rule 5 – Prices May Change

In rare cases, due to sudden changes in seller pricing or market demand, we may contact you to confirm a price adjustment. If the item price increases after your purchase, you may be asked to pay the difference or cancel the order with a full refund.
