We’ve partnered with Bunjang—Korea’s largest secondhand marketplace—to bring you rare and unique K-pop items, directly accessible through our platform. Here's how to use the service:

🛒 How It Works

  1. Shopping and Checkout:
    Browsing and purchasing Bunjang items is exactly the same as shopping our regular products. No separate login or payment process is required.

  2. Product Listings:
    Product titles and photos are available in English. However, we’ve removed English product descriptions due to frequent mistranslations.
    A full-site English translation feature is currently under development and will be launched soon.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping (within Korea): ₩2.99

  • International Shipping:

    • FedEx: $19.99

    • DHL: $24.99

For most orders, we ship immediately under the following conditions:

  • Domestic orders of any weight

  • International orders under 1kg (2.2 lbs) and total size under 70cm (28 inches)

For international orders over 1kg (2.2 lbs) or with combined package size (Width + Height + Length) over 70 cm (28 inches), your order will be put on hold and we will contact you to arrange extra shipping fees.

  1. Email Notifications: HallyuSuperstore sends updates regarding extra charges, such as additional shipping fees for oversized or overweight items, directly to your registered email address. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder for any such notifications. 

  2. Account Dashboard: Log in to your account at https://account.hallyusuperstore.com to view your order history, shipping status, and any pending payments. This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your transactions and you can pay your additional charge here.
