  • Warehouse transfers. Provide your Hallyu4U Warehouse ID when a listing or selected delivery method requires it.
  • Service-specific shipping. Check your selected listing. Hallyu4U handles warehouse and forwarding services under its own terms and fees.

What is Order for Me?

Do I need a Hallyu4U Warehouse ID?

Only when your chosen listing or delivery option uses Hallyu4U warehouse transfer. Follow the checkout instructions, and enter your Warehouse ID where required so Hallyu4U can identify the parcel.

Is worldwide shipping included?

Shipping terms depend on the selected listing or service. For Hallyu4U warehouse transfers and forwarding, international shipping is arranged separately under Hallyu4U's rates and terms.

Does purchasing a fansign album guarantee an event win?

No. Winners, application eligibility and any promotional benefits follow the terms of each event. Review the product listing before you order.

What if an item sells out or an event changes?

Limited availability and event deadlines can change. We handle affected orders in accordance with the applicable listing and store policies. For an existing order, please contact support.
