[BUNJANG] Qing Dynasty Blue and White Porcelain Landscape Export Ware Plates (Set of 3) / 청대 청화백자 산수문 수출자기 접시 3점 일괄 중국도자기 골동품 수집품

### Qing Dynasty Blue and White Porcelain Landscape Export Ware Plates (Set of 3)

**Period:** Qing Dynasty, 19th Century

**Size:** Diameter approximately 24.8 cm (9¾ inches)

This is a set of three blue and white porcelain plates with landscape designs, crafted during the 19th century in the Qing Dynasty for export to Western markets.

The center of each plate features a freehand depiction of pavilions, a pavilion, cliffs, and riverbank scenery rendered in underglaze blue pigment. The rim is adorned with diagonal patterns and a blue band, characteristic decorative elements frequently found on export porcelain of the era.

Qing Dynasty export ware represents a significant category of Chinese ceramics that were mass-produced and widely used for both practical and decorative purposes in Europe and America. This market segment continues to hold steady demand among international collectors and the fine art market today.

All three plates share identical patterns and specifications, making this a cohesive set. Natural wear consistent with age and use is visible on the bases, and the glaze and blue coloration clearly exhibit the characteristics of 19th-century Qing Dynasty export ware.

**Condition:** One plate has a hairline crack, and the other two have small chips on the rim. Overall, the set is in good condition.

This piece was brought into the country through a US antique dealer.
