We have encountered a huge volume of orders Lunar New Year Breaks. ( Jan 20th ~ 25th )
So, your order might take a longer ( 3 ~ 4 more business days) to be shipped.We will email you as soon as the item in your order shipped, or you can check it on order status.
However, your updated tracking number would not be actually traceable one or a couple days after you get your tracking number, since we are planning to send them to the post office or FedEx altogether when a certain amounts are reached.
Sorry about the delayed shipping, we will try as hard as possible. (We are currently working 9 AM to 11 PM) and our current estimate is that we will ship all orders within 3 ~ 4 business days after your order has placed.
