[Important Notice] Delayed Shipping of Nacific X Ateez New Product

Dear Valued Customers,

We regret to inform you of a delay in the shipping of the Nacific X Ateez new product from Hallyusuperstore.

While we have already received the products from Nacific and they are ready to be dispatched as of today, an unforeseen typographical error occurred on Jongho’s office ID card during an event. Consequently, Nacific has reached out to us to rectify this issue by reproducing new ID cards. These updated ID cards are expected to be dispatched to us by next Wednesday or Thursday (March 20th-21st, KST).

In light of this situation, Hallyusuperstore has made the decision to halt the shipment of orders received thus far. Once we receive the corrected ID cards, we will promptly repackage all orders and dispatch them accordingly.

For resellers in urgent need of the items, we kindly ask you to contact us at support@hallyusuperstore.com. In such cases, we will expedite the dispatch of your order, albeit with the original, typo-containing Jongho’s ID card.

Otherwise, all orders will be shipped between March 20th and 21st.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay, stemming from both the typographical error and the subsequent delay in shipment.
