Shipping Delay Notice (3 ~4 more business days to fulfill.) [September 18th, KST]

We are HallyuSuperstore Team.

Over the past weekend, we received a huge volume of orders (September 16th ~ 17th).

As a result, we would like to inform you that the delivery of the items you ordered may be delayed beyond our initial estimates (approximately 3-4 more business days).

Once your ordered items are dispatched, you will receive notification via email, and you can check the Order Status for updates.

However, please note that some items, will be shipped through the Korea Post or FedEx once a certain quantity is ready. Therefore, even if you receive a Tracking Number, it may not be operational for 1-2 days.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping and assure you that we are doing our utmost to expedite the delivery of your items as quickly as possible (our team is working diligently from 9 AM to 11 PM).

According to our current estimates, we will dispatch all orders within 3-4 business days after the payment for your order has been processed (before September 22nd).
