1. Free Upgrade to FedEx
You may request to switch your shipment to FedEx.
To proceed, please provide your FedEx Account Number.
The FedEx account number can be obtained by signing up for FedEx.

All applicable U.S. customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.
2. Hold Until Korea Post Recovers
We can hold your items until the Korea Post system is restored.
If you purchased multiple items, we will combine them into one package whenever possible, and the difference in shipping fees will be refunded.

· When contacting us, include your order number and whether you prefer :
Holding your shipment until Korea Post recovers, or switching to FedEx shipping.
