This is a standard issue (Bo-geup) item, not privately made, and based on the fabric, it appears to be from the mid-1980s.
It is estimated to be around a size 4, which roughly corresponds to a men's US size 100 with a waist size of approximately 32 inches.
**Condition Notes:**
- Faded color.
- The zipper is broken and the zipper head is damaged; a clip has been used to compensate.
- There is a repair patch on the back.
